Removed drums shoes like new . Looked and found no adjuster on hand brake how can I take up slack to much travel on hand brake. Also purchased a gunson pressure bleeder to fit on reservoir any of the tops do not fit do you know of any kit that will or any way I can adapt some thing so I can use a pressure bleeder.
i had the same problem with my crysler voyager 1997,a friend of mine who is a mechanic found the problem,it is a self adjuster on the handbrake itself, once drums are adjusted up you need to go to your hanbrake area and you will find a white plastic clip on the bottom of the lever ,once removed you pull up your handbrake a few times and it self adjusts, then put the plastic clip back on,this soved my problem,by doing this my handbrake went from about 13 clicks on max to hold . to about 6 clicks and held perfectly

how do you change a starter motor on a chrysler voyger it looks very hard to get at rear of engine
Hi,
The steps involved are :-
1. Disengage the solenoid wiring connector, then the battery positive (B+) nut and wire from the starter motor
2. Remove the 3 starter motor-to-transaxle bellhousing mounting bolt.
3. Remove the starter motor from the vehicle
4. After removing the starter motor, examine the teeth of the flywheel for excessive wear or damage. Repair if necessary
5. If the old starter is going to be re-installed, check the condition of
the pinion gear teeth. Replace the starter if the pinion gear shows
excessive wear or damage
To install:
Let me know,if needed further assistance.

what auto transmission fluid do i put into chrysler grand voyager se
If you read the back of any trans fluid bottle, it tells
you what it is for
Chrysler uses ATF+4 in most cases
If you have a drip stick, it should be stamped on it
Owners manual is a must if you own a vehicle &
you can always check with dealer service dept

Does 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager have a Pollen Filter / Cabin Air Filter. If so, where is it lokated?
In 2000 the only Grand Voyager that was equiped with a cabin air filter was the 6 cylinder 3.3 liter Sport model.
Cabin filters are generally found in one of two locations: under the hood, or under the dash board.

i have a chrysler voyager s reg which the power steering seems to of gone on there are no other fault and no lights have come on could this be a belt or fluid and could you please tell me where these are located in the engine so i can check
many thanks
lorraine
is this the 3.3 liter or the 3.8?
I know that there is 1 serpentine belt that runs all (incl. the PS pump) on the 3.8 liter. So if that belt
was missing, you would also be over heating, have no alternator charging, no ac (if equipped) as well as have no PS. If you see any belt at all (on the passenger side), then you are ok. The PS fluid resevoir is near the top and easily found. It has writing on the cap which also has a built in dipstick. Check the fluid level in the resevoir and fill it if nec. Are you hearing noises from the PS system with the fluids full? If so, you might need a new pump. Check for leaks too if the fluid was low, you might have a leaking hose or PS rack (hope not on the rack though $$)
