where is the thermostat at on a 1999 Concorde
On the 2.7L engine, follow the lower radiator hose to the engine. Where that rubber hose stops and it attached to, that is the thermostat housing. Remove that housing and the thermostat is sitting there.
On the 3.2L and 3.5L motor, follow the heater hoses to the engine along with the radiator hose and that is the thermostat housing. Remove the housing and there is the thermostat.

How do I remove the panel in the trunk that backs up to the rear seat in order to replace the rear speakers?
If you mean the rear shelf removal, then you begin by removing the rear seat (lift to release the corner clips on each side holding the cushion to the floor). Then remove the fasteners for the seat belts, then lift the seat back to raise and release it from its clips, and remove it from the vehicle. There are then a lower and upper trim panel around the back shelf that you need to remove (these may be on each side of the shelf, e.g. they are called 'quarter trim' panels). Then you will see some push-pin fasteners that hold the shelf across the front lower edge, so you gently pry out the center push-pin of each one of those to release the fastener. Then you pull the shelf forward to release it from the clips that hold it under the window. Then remove the wire to the center high-mounted brake light. The panel with its speakers attached can then be removed, but also remove the wires from the speakers so you don't break those. connections.
That is the procedure as shown in my '98 manual.

how do change serpentine, and ac belt on 3.2 ,2001 chrysler concorde. do i loosen nut on tension pully. It is really tight. then how does it looosen to remove belt
Beside the pulley on the arm it is mounted on is a square hole. Place a 1/2 drive breaker bar in that hole and push to right or left. One way will looken the belt. It is a very heavy spring so don't do it till you have the belt to replace with.

where is the crankshaft position sensor located on a 1999 Chrysler Concorde 3.2 L
My ABS and trac off light is on, what does that mean?
Hello anber...the "Trac OFF" light comes on when there is a malfunction in the ABS because the traction control system uses the ABS sensors and other components to apply brakes to the slipping wheel so that the other wheel will get some power. Not as good as a limited-slip diff, but better than nothing. With the ABS reporting a fault, the Traction Control cannot function, and its computer disables it--hence the light. Fixing the ABS should fix the Trac problem. I would start by checking the sensors and making sure the master cylinder is full of brake fluid. I hope this helps.
