Oil sensor light is on
if you mean the low oil pressure warning light, have you checked oil pressure with a mechanical gauge ?
Timing chain 2 7
Your engine will seized and your car will come to a halt. You won't be able to drive it. Of course getting a timing chain replaced before it does damages to the engine is a good idea. Otherwise, it will cost you a lot more to fix if the chain does break.
Battery light stays on
Usually this is a sign your Alternator is going bad and the battery voltage will drop because of it. Have alternator tested at any AutoZone or O'reilly's Auto parts store
What do I need to do to remove and install a new
Do a google/bing search and enter "1999 Chrysler Concorde battery replacement" (without the quotes). You should find many sites with instructions on how to perform this task. I did the search and had many sites that instruct you how to do it. The one I found also gave specific warnings for your model on certain security codes that may need to be entered to get you radio to work again. If you are not savvy in changing out the battery might be a good idea to find a reputable mechanic to do it for you... Hope it helps...
VickiMy trunk does not stay open, does it need a
Nice Car...the trunk is supported by 2 rod/struts one on each side, attached to the rear car body, and the trunk...these struts wear out and the symptom is the trunk will not stay up by itself...these rod/struts are available at most Auto Parts Stores...or definitely on the internet...the best manufacturer if replacement hood and trunk struts is "Mighty Arm" available on the internet...prices vary by car make and model...pretty easy to change...a good Auto Parts person might help demonstrate the easy switch out...:)
I replaced a bad shift cable in my 99 chrysler
u gut some issues with the tv shift cable that is on the throttle body--ajust it--a mech manual shows u--library sec 629--if that doesnt du it then chec fluid level and cond-cud need changn-dont flush it tho--with older car-shift solenoids or valve body issue are common or more--maybe git it test driven by a honest mechanic
