Chrysler town& country modle 1997 transmission cannot shift into L and 3

Could be a couple things. It could be that the transmission selector switch is bad,or is not making a good connection at the connector.Or,it could be in the steering column, that the selector/shifter control is broken.

1997 Chrysler Town & Country, codes; p1698, p0734, p1782, p1788, p0732, p1787, and p0700? Plz help

You will need the help of a transmission repair shop or the dealer, there is a serious transmission problem and it will require special test equipment and training to find the cause, which is likely a wiring harness issue.

How do i get all the transmission fluid chaned out in a chrysler town and country

Most likely has a 604 or 413 unit. Only way to drain is to remove pan and replace filter and pan gasket. Be sure to remove all remnants of old gasket on both surfaces of pan and ****** case. Best tool for that is a whizzy wheel, or an air-powered abrasive rotary tool. Leftover pieces will cause a bad seal for new gasket and create leaks. Then the only way to refill the ****** after replacing pan, is via the dipstick tube. you will need a funnel, and ask your parts store for specs on how much fluid your unit requires. Honestly, as a do-it-yourselfer, I even leave it to a transmission shop for this process. Unless you have a lift and an oversized drain pan, the risk is super high for a giant mess in your driveway.

Windshield wipers don't turn on unless washer fluid button is activated

According to the wiring diagram, it looks like the switch sends a signal to the body computer and it turns on the wiper-on relay. That relay is powered by a 30amp fuse. If you are sure the switch is working, it looks like the problem may be in the computer. I would get a second opinion before replacing anything else.
