There should be 3 screws around each adjuster that you remove to be able to remove the heater control from the heater box then swap wiring and install new switch back on to the heater box.

Question, is your passenger window working? Try from the passenger door window switch. If it is working then it is not a fuse problem. The solenoid package is mounted at the front of the transmission. You have to remove the transmission cooler lines and a sensor. Three bolts remove the package. Before removing it, clean all around it. Air works the best. A lot of dirt gets behind it, between the package and transmission. You absolutely can not get any dirt in the holes after you move the package. This will cause a jam in the pistons inside the transmission. Then it has to be pulled and cleaned. The package can run up to $300 at parts stores, shop around. Seen them new on ebay for half. DON"T buy a used one. The package has one plug on it, with a bolt in the center of it.

DO A TUNE UP, O RING ON FUEL INJECTORS

LOOSEN BOLT ON TOP OF ALT, REMOVE BELT BY USING 15MM ON TENSIONER, 2 BOLTS ON ALTERNATOR, MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE OFF A FEW THINGS IN THE WAY. WIGGLE IT OUT, REMOVE TOP BOLT TO WIRE, REPLACE ON NEW ALT, PUT BACK INTO PLACE 2 BOLTS IN AND BELT ON, AND DONE

THAT CODE IS OPEN OR SHORT DEDICATED TO EGR SOLENOID CIRCUIT, IT IS BEHIND THROTTLE BODY, CHECK FOR ANY LOOSE WIRES OR CONNECTION

Bad wiring, connection or sensor

Go to Best Buy Or Pap Boys and Buy an Aftermarket install kit and A direct fit harness! Very easy to remove center bezal:

1. Remove screw access cover.
2. Remove the attaching screws holding bottom of the bezel to instrument panel.
3. Remove the attaching screws holding top of the bezel to the instrument panel.
4. Remove the bezel from the instrument panel.
5. Disconnect the wire connector from back of the rear blower switch, if equipped.
6. Disconnect the wire connector from the back of the HVAC Control.
7. Remove the bezel.

Sounds like the GEM is bad. This is a computer module behind the radio that controls all those things.

Fuse block

All three of your lights on the rear are ran separately. The tail lights are ran with headlight switch the brake lights off the break sensor the turn signals are ran from arm switch and then there are relays as well. Electrical issues are a real pain to track. However that's not abnormal have 2 of the 3 working when theres a bad relay or short in the wire
