Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

The seat belt noise issue is possibly related to the sensor box under the front seat that they are all connected to. Also controls the airbag light and 'ding' warning for that. Cost is about $300-$400 to replace.

I think all you have here is a defective battery, replace it and I"m sure the problem will be corrected.

The fuel pump does not have its own fuse. The fuel pump circuit is protected by fuse # 8 (20 Amp) in the Power Distribution Center in the engine compartment. This fuse also supplies power to the Ignition Switch and the Starter Relay.HINT: If the starter cranks the engine, this fuse is OK.

for the front it would be an hour of labor and you can get rotors for about 150 but dont cheap on on rotors or pads and get the good ones because theyll last longer. the front and back would be about 2 hours

You likely need a fuel pump because you hear the pump, but it is NOT pumping anything- like a well needs priming. Drop the tank and replace the pump.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Need codes from engine

Battery?Starter???Cables?Start at the cables, since they are cheaper. Then move up!

New window seals and in some cases, the front main top seal at the windshield. and finnaly, new window seals between the glass.

Try changing the fuel filter it may be starving for fuel

it may be the coil it sounds like its not receiving spark or it may be not receiving fuel, check your fuses first before you do anything expensive
