I have a 95 town

If the check engine light is not on, stay away from sensors for now. First when is the last time you have had a tune up? PLugs , wires, air and fuel filter. Stalling at a stop can be from the air filter, fuel filter (clogging up), It can also be from the catalytic conveter, these also clog up. It can be from vacuum leaks, this usually has a rough idle also. It wouldn't hurt to check for codes, intermittant codes don't always pop the light on. On some vehicles the o2 sensors can cause a rough idle and stall at stops, ut they usually set a code/ light.

I have a 1995 Chrysler T&C with a check engine

You need to confirm that the alternator is putting out between 13.8 and 14.2 volts at idle. If not it will throw the light on. Form there it may be something like the voltage regulator in the ECU. Not likely though.

The AC and Air Resurculation bottons are flashing,

With engine on set blower motor to high, set mode position knob to panel (i.e. full left), open all A/C outlets, set temperature to cold (both levers if so equipped). Now press the wash and rear wiper buttons on the A/C panel at the same time for 5 seconds until all LED's light. This should get the test started. Numerous lights on this panel will flash as different tests are run. When finished if the tests are passed the rear wiper LED should be the only light flashing. Push the rear wiper button to exit test mode and that should do it.
