remove all wires on starter solenoid.
unbolt the 2 bolts holding it in (at its base)
it falls out.
if you post what engine is there (they come with 3 sizes)
we can show short cuts. ill post the G16 short cut now.
The FSM book will not cover this , it just says, remove starter
because all mech , know how to remove starters. is not covered in the factor service manual. (gee look at it, is it not obvious what it needs? )

- that is called gross misfiring and stalling.
- top reason never got a tuneup , nor the 60,000, mile one. ever.
- and 50 more causes.
- we do that tests. the tests are like 10 max. not 50. so beats guessing.
in pure physics its a short list and shorter tuned up.
- lost 12vdc to EFI system. (even a loose IG-coil fusee or FI fuse)
- lost compression , or stuck open EGR, or melted CAT. cam belt slipped.
- lost spark (tuneup) time?
- bad fueling, too much, or tool little. or ISC stuck closed, and stalls. clogged fuel or air filter (tuneup) lots of tests here.......
the tools are cheap, got tools?

when you turn on parks

My four wheel drive dosent work on my suzukie vitara
Most likely you need to lock BOTH front hubs. But lets go through the questions...
What year... some years (~1999 and newer) have an internal system to "lock" the front wheels. (i do not know much about these.)
Older ones have locking hubs at each front wheel. If you have them are they manual or auto?
The Auto hubs say auto on them and are hard to service. If one is not locking NEITHER wheel will get power due to the differential action.
Manual hubs need to be locked manually... both. They also need to be serviced from time to time.
One last thing. These are PART TIME 4 wheel drive and should NOT be used unless it is slippery enough to avoid drive line wind up.
