WON'T START ...
you need to replace it if it is doing this the solenoid that engages the motor to the fly wheel is stuck. if original then its lasted along time.
Won't start
Your flywheel may have some missing teeth, or the starter is faulty, not kicking out the gear that turns the flywheel. Remove the starter and look at the teeth on the flyweel. IF the flyweel looks good, then starter is faulty.
Ignition lock cylinder
Tumblers are not lining up when you insert the key and turn. You might need to call a locksmith. When the locksmith makes you a key, keep this as the emergency backup (kept at a safe place at home) and use the copy made from this backup as your primary key use. When you make a copy from another key copy, the cuts are slightly off. As you make another copy from a key copy, the margin of error on the cut increases until finally, the key cuts don't line up to turn the tumblers, then you're back to calling a locksmith again.
Could a power steering pump go bad at 60K?
probably the valve body on the steering is malfunctioning as the pump just supplies pressure to the body and the left or right valves allow the pressure through to do the turning.. have it inspected by a qualified steering mechanic

Squeeking means slipping. Clean the4 pulleys and the belt with belt cleaner (Pep Boys). Adjust the belt to proper tension. Check that whatever the belt is driving is turning easily and does not have bad bearings.

Sounds like your battery might need changing. However, I would try cleaning the battery terminals first then try charging the battery and see if it will start for you... Hope it helps...
