Locked my one set of

Well the only way to do that is to look on the Keyless entry module in the car, or retrieve it with a computer which again you would need to get in the car. Your best bet is to call a lock smith and have him open it. We have a company here called Pop A Lock that will come out for i think $45

Replaced horn and now it

The fuse for the horn would be in the power distribution box located under the hood in the engine compartment (see picture below). Also below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The fuse you want to check will be the fuse in the number 10 position and should be a 15 amp fuse. There is a horn relay as well and the is the relay in that same box in the number 7 position. I hope this helps and good luck.

My 1999 mercury mountaineer driver

I'd look at the window regulator.
If you can hear the motor turning then you're gonna need a regulator.

If you throw the switch with the dome light on and the light gets real dim...then ya might have a bad window motor.

These usually come as a complete assembly both motor and window regulator.
They run about $60 on Ebay

Hope this helps...

My OBD port is not

sometimes you have to wigle the OBD 2 connector on the tester. Sometimes, you have a tool that does not communicate with your OBD 2 system. Go to Autozone and have them do a free scan to see if their tester works.

Fuse 17, 25 amp, yellow in dash fuse panel supplies 12v

PIN 16 Orange, lower right I think is 12v all the time.

When I start my 2000 mountaineer it will beep 5

Its your air bag light thats burnt out. when you have a malfunction in the air bag system usually the air bag light flashes. when its burnt out than there is a chime thats ring every 30 minutes to let you know.------------
you will have to remove the instrument cluster and replace the bulb. if you shine a flashlight on the cluster you can see the different indicators to see where the airbag lamp is.------
When you go to do the lights, the larger #194 bulbs are for cluster illumination. All of the indicator bulbs are smaller - I think they are #161 - and are readily available at most auto parts stores. Once you pull the cluster, you can replace the bulb.------ Replacing the bulb will help.--------- Thanks.Helpmech.
