There are two fuse boxes on this car.
The first is located inside the car, it is in a pocket compartment located near to the driver side door.
The other one is under the hood on the driver's side, it is a black box with a removable cover.

More than likely since your heater core is by-passed,your thermostat was probaly removed and you may be without one.Here's a link to check and replace it.Here's a link to heater core.Your heater core could be bad since it was bypassed,does the front floor board have water stains anywhere.

I had the same problem with mine, mechanic said it was a result of the O2 sensor (s) needing replaced. He replaced them and problem was solved.

May have trans code, stop by Advance Auto and they may pull code free, then list it here and someone can help you

If you can hear it click like the other doors the it's the rod has come off the actuator or the plastic clip that holds it on is broken. If not most likely it's the actuator has gone bad. the actuator is the electronic part inside the door that actually unlocks the car.

If power goes to the actuator replace the old one
