1999 plymouth voyager engine fuse keeps blowing every couple dayswhy

Likely a bad component (like a relay) or corrosion built up in a wire or connection causing a High Amperage load on the circuit. These are normally not easy to find, and all the work is manual testing of components for load values, voltage drop, and visual inspections.

Is there more than one replacement fuse for cigar lighter inside Plymouth Voyager 1999?

No. Most common fix is the cylinder for the lighter. Next is the wiring. Usually right behind the lighter plug.

All gauges on dash out

You've either blown a fuse, your dash panel ground wire has become disconnected, or the ground point to which the ground connects has corroded.

HOW DO I REPLACE A POWER STEERING PULLY ON A 1999 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER /?

You will need to remove the pump or get the vehicle high enough to get under it. You will need a power steering pulley-puller (aptly named) You will also need a bolt to thread into the shaft,. a washer, and a nut on the bolt to reattach the pulley or the tool. Either way is effective.

MY REAR HATCH WONT OPEN CAN I OPEN IT FROM INSIDE

If the key turns and the door won't unlock, work the power lock switch between lock and unlock, several times, that might free it up. If the key does not turn, shoot some WD-40 into the key hole and then try working the key in and out several times, before trying to turn the key. Hope this helps.

What would cause 99 Plymouth voyager to stall while driving and now won't restart but turns over.

Could be many many things. We need some more detail to assist. Has this happened more than once? Was the CE light on? Electrical shorts/intermittent contacts are the toughest things to track down. Which engine do you have?
