I have front and rear a/c. it has never blown heat

Your heater core is shot. Coolant leaking on the floor (wet) and driping onto exhaust (smoke).
Replacement of the heater core is the only proper fix. As a temporary measure , you could disconnect the hoses that run to it , and plug them (or join them together). Engine will run , but you will have NO heat in car. enough of your coolant has probably leaked out to cause engine problems. Make sure it is refilled and air removed from system before driving.

When my 2000 Villager shifts if kind dips or

That movement is called TORQUE STEER. One front wheel pulls harder than the other under acceleration, and as you say, its only noticeable at the first moment. A renewed front end shouldnt have that problem. maybe some steering or arm ball joints are loose, worn out (not replaced) or simply out of alignment. I advise that you take it for a new front end alignment, the technician will tell you about any part out of spec that will impair the alignment.

Try spraying starting fluid in throttle body and see if it starts for a few seconds. If yes, it's a fuel issue.

The 3.3/3.8L crankshaft sensor is located on the rear of the transmission housing, above the differential housing The bottom of the sensor is positioned next to the drive plate. Remove the 10mm bolt holding the sensor in place and remove the sensor. Install the new crankshaft sensor.
