Check your rear brakes and their adjustment. If parking brake is seperate check them also. The brakes have to work and be adjusted properly then adjust parking brake.

I would assume that we are talking about power windows here? if so, check the fuses for a blown fuse. if that is not the case, check the switch and the lock on the drivers side that can lock all of the windows.

There is a Purple wire (it may have a white stripe so look it up) that runs to the driver door. you need to ground it to over-ride the alarm. Another way is to unlock and lock the tailgate twice in quick succession but that is only a temporary fix.

I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee the power windows,power seat , door would not lock , and the inside lights would stay one ..i thought it was a fuse problem but no fuses for that ... in the rubber boot between the door and frame ..the was the ground wire was split ... put a **** connector on it everything works great now ....

You probably did not damage anything, damage is more likely to occur by a dry reservoir than otherwise. However, see a service agent asap to check up the PWR warning light.

How long does it run? When it stops, does it sputter as if running out of gas or just stops dead? Have you checked to see if it still getting good spark when it stops? 6 cyl or 8?

Once again your going to want to contact the people that you purchased the package through. I have no clue who they use for a carrier such as UPS or FEDEX.

As said in other answers, black exhaust (AKA: black smoke) is usually caused by an over-rich fuel mixture. An over-rich fuel mixture can be caused by several conditions, most of which were mentioned in the previous answers. The easiest of these could most likely be a clogged (dirty) air filter. Also as stated, you most likely do NOT have a carburetor, but rather a fuel injection system ran by a computer that monitors several sensors. The sensor that monitors air flow (or the lack of, in your case) (IF the AF is dirty) is called a MAP sensor on GM cars (not sure if it's the called same thing on other makes) should indicate an error code (or a fault). This fault can be read by a code reader connected to your computer system's diagnostic port. The port is USUALLY under the dash near the steering column. Be aware though, code readers are costly. This is why lots of folks opt for a more economical but one-time choice of a professional reading to diagnose their vehicle via a tune-up or just get a diagnostic report (depending, of course, on your comfort level).

I would check the drivers door switch... I had to build up the spot where the switch contacted the door till it would turn off the light... ( Smashed the door WHEELIN long ago and if you push the door after it is closed HARD the light may turn off...) Try the other doors if the driver doesnt do it... Rear hatch could do it also... Than you will know...2¢...M... (EVIL ZJ)

answering for USA not export model. great question and is now tuned up, scratch off top contender, yes. stalls, are cause by 6 reasons in physics, or 50 parts, fails. lets work the 6, mo easy.? but ill pause now and do my 20 questions,(sorry, i cant see all) I'll assume those spark HV wires are put on one by one and not scrambled. and gaped to spec? (under hood spec. sticker?) Does the CEL glow just before the stall? or with scan tool attached does it log (store) DTCs at stall or near?: use a scan tool and win. they can be had for 10 bucks, (elm327)

1. can you save the stall fast right foot actions?
2. if yes, can you do it with tiny foot or huge (takes near wide open throttle to keep er' going"
3. if stalled does it restart fast or take or take, wot FOOT ACTIONS. YES ;/NO OR WOT WORKS.?
4. if it dont start, does the classic, spark test x6 pass muster?
5. when it starts after stall, got black tail smoke, or stinks of raw fuel?
6. lets now say all above passes, so why does it want to stall.?
7. easy, IAC stuck closed, ! #1 cures that temporary.
8. EGR if you have one, stuck open ,many dont these years.
9. it stalls for lack of air, IAC or is flooding, what I do if i can make it stall on demand is let it and read the plug tips. oh my #6 is soaked, and #6 injector leaks. (evidence)

I would make sure you have voltage to the coil. Could be a fuse or relay problem. Is the check engine light on when you turn the key on ?
