its nuts and bolts.
what is the question on those?
generic:
1: remove battery neg lug first or , BOOM battery acid in face.
2: relax belt tension (all this is in the FSM or alldata.com _)
3: remove all bolts on the alternator pivots. 3 or 4.
5: remove all wires.
6: it now falls off
actual
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the battery.
- Remove the drive belt.
- Remove any splash shielding for easier access to the alternator.
(C) wire harness hold down, (D) ground terminal
- Tag and disengage the alternator wiring.
- Unfasten the alternator upper and lower bolts.
The alternator can be removed from above by taking it off its mountings, moving it rearward and lifting it out, being careful to gently move aside the refrigerant hoses, if equipped with A/C.
New alternators should come with a new bushing. If not, the old bushing should be used. Push out the pivot bushing as illustrated.

- If the alternator and mounting bracket were removed as an assembly, install the assembly into the vehicle.
- Engage the alternator electrical connections.
- If removed, install the splash shield.
- Install the drive belt and attach the negative battery cable.

Were is amp located at
get the FSM. its there.
audio amp. (depends on what options, for audio ) so...
and if still stock car, is it?
most are not 1996, folks up grade to DVD MP3 then USB then Ipads.
so..
im online, at alldata.com (so can you)
the amp schematic shows the antenna plugs in to amp not radio head'
oddly, so see antenna. see wire coax lead in right kick panel
follow that wire, cable and it plugs in to said amp.
easy huh.?
the antenna plugs directly to the radio head
the option audio sys, it plug in to the amp."priemum rad)
but the speaker all wire to the amp, for sure..... so follow them.
the FSM covers location far better than most online sources

Po171 Fuel system to lean....how do i fix this
P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
Basically this means that an oxygen sensor in bank 1 detected a lean condition (too much oxygen in the exhaust). On V6/V8/V10 engines, Bank 1 is the side of the engine that has cylinder #1.
Note: This DTC is very similar to P0174, and in fact your vehicle may show both codes at the same time.
Symptoms: You will more than likely not notice any drivability problems, although there may be symptoms such as a lack of power, detonation (spark knock), and/or a hesitation/surge on acceleration.
Causes: A code P0171 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters may cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry.
There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.
Possible solutions include:
In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure
Hope this helps.
