Relay starter location

no engine, option?
if it has one, its in the fuse box.

check there first.
its in the FSM
or at alldata.com , all the time, log in.
Change piston
a hole in the top of the piston calls for either a different engine or total rebuild of the one you have.. how do you know its a hole in the piston?? has this been checked by someone who knows what they are looking at??it may be head gaskets.. that is a upper engine rebuild..still a job..is the car worth it??
Horn want work
Check the horn itself by running a wire from the positive lead of the battery to the connection spade on the horn. If it works, you may have a bad horn relay or the problem may be in the steering column.
If you have air bags, DO NOT attempt to work on the column unless you exactly follow directions for that found in either haynes or chilton manuals. Otherwise, your air bag may deploy and hurt you.
If the air bag light on the dash is on, chances are that the "clock spring" in the column has failed.
It stuck on defrost
With limited vehicle info, I would say that the cable that works the defrost door is free from the defrost door, more than likely a broken arm on the defrost door.
