1999 isuzu rodeo=auto transmission

Those run through the floor. You will have to remove part of the shifter console to get to the cable. It has removeable fork clips that release the cable from the floor shifter. The tranny has those same clips that run to the transmission parking pawl(an arm off the side of the tranny that allows the tranny to be shifted). This is not easy to do and you will need patience.

Diagrams of the fuel line system on a 1999 Isuzu rodeo

the whole system. end to end, which engine, and in what country? USA , Canada. or the Austrialian Holden Rodeo.>?? GAS OR DIESEL ????? we cant guess engines here, we beg but only 1 in 10,000 say it. making any answers wrong. or wild guessing. if in USA are you alldata.com has this. why not read it. or buy the FSM book, and read that... working book free, is hard, like super hard for any DIY work.. if MPI system, all have this year range (early) a loop system. there is no need for a diagram unless the car was bought as a basket case with missing parts. is it? its just 2 pipes. one from tank to the fuel rail, then the FPR returns the fuel to the tank. a simple loop. (later in USA the EPA banned this loop, end story that) there are like 6 to 8 pressure test on any MPI loop system. did you read the FSM on that? its covered. cranking pressure running pressure wot pressure (fpr tests) wide open throttle. leak down tests (time to leak down) shut test. (block return line) injector balance tests. and i do 3 FPR vacuum/pressure tests.... on all..... each are vital tests to finding problems. 4 engines , just in USA> not one stated.....

Does 1999 isuzu rodeo have a no crank security sytem ?

gas engine? sure. no crank security system. my guess is you mean the car has and Immobilizer option on car? most cut fuel. all have a light, if the lamp is not there, you dont have it. key on, the cluster lamps tell you if it has IMMOBLIZER ACTIVE. meaning . so if the lamp is not there, or is not flashing or glowing cranking then that is not the ISSUE ! sure we look first... then we....... 1: check for spark. got spark to all cylinders yes, if not scan the pCM cranking, it will tell you what spark is gone, 90% 2: yes spark is good, now i check spark timing with 20 buck light. its way off, the cam belt slipped, FACT. yes timing is ok. 3: all engine , not blown up overheated , all perfect for 3seconds on test fuel (you do that with spray) does it? if not sounds bad, it is. if it goes, verrrooooomm stall, its GOOD> repeat over and over, until happy, see engine and spark is good. 4: ok test fuel tests PASS muster..... so that leaves what, fueling. a: too much is called flooding, use WOT cranking to clear floods. wot means wide open throttle or as ,truckers call it pedal to dah metal.. this cuts all fueling to clear flooding on all EFI engines. b: no fueling, the spark tips are dry.? check pump pressure after scanning PCM. the ECU cuts fuel for 3 reasons. (pure logic) a: Tps stuck WOT. b: lost spark (ignitor or tacho dead) c: lost CMP or CkP sensors (cam, or crank) the ECU reports a and b, and not c. as c is a FEATURE not an error.

I replaced water pump, thermostat and radiator. My heat works fine, but the car still seems to be running hot. There is steam coming from the container that says "coolant only" any ideas why?

if you say there is steam coming from the "coolant only" overflow reservoir, then the first thing I'd inspect is the integrity of this overflow coolant tank. if you believe the cap is in working condition, take a careful look at the tank itself. so as to rule out any cracks or deformities which may compromise this parts ability to build and retain the necessary pressure for the cooling system to operate in the manner for which it was designed. hope this helps!

What is the small electric censer in the bottom of the valley on a 3.2L V6 in a 99 rodeo? I had to change the thermostat and broke the little censer while i was at it.

Hi,im not shore,I think it might be temp-gage, if you warm car up a bit, then take wire off broken switch, get some one to hold the wire on switch you have a look at temp-gage then when car is warm get the person who is holding the wire to remove it from the switch,if the temp-switch gose down then replace the switch as it is the temp-switch. good luck.

How much does it cost to add transmission fluid to a 1999 rodeo

You can do this yourself if you are mechanically minded for around 50 dollars. As the other posts explain it has no dip stick to check or top up oil. This is done via the plugs undetneath.
