did u use honda fluid and honda friction modifier if not diff will make funny noises worse when turning at a slower pace

Did you check your fuses? I know that sounds simple but my cigarette lighter stopped working not long ago and that is all it was.

Removed the inspection cover for the lock mechanism on the inside of the back hatch and used a screw driver to manually unlatch the door while someone else was pulling on the handle. It turned out there was a lot of glass around the pocket where the lock mechanism was possibly binding the lock

When you turn on the blower it puts an extra load on the alternator. Meaning the belt is working harder and gets tighter. A tighter belt gives less slop in the pulleys and bearings. So it could be the idle pulley, tensioner pulley, or alternator. Take the belt loose and check for sloppiness in any of these. They all should turn easily and be a smooth turn.

Honda assigns a specific code to each radio. If you have the original Honda manual package, there should be a small white business sized card from Honda with the radio code. If you can not find the card, the local Honda Dealership can look it up for you.

I would service transmission first and use a product called SeaFoam Transmission Additive, use as directed. Some of these solenoids in transmissions stick with carbon build up, Use the product as directed and then service transmission filter. If that doesn't help, your looking at maybe a repair and possible overhaul. Good luck

Open the glove box and look on the side for the code, it will be on a decal.

There is a fuse for the high beams located either under the hood or on the drivers side dashboard side panel closest to the door.

Just past the air filter and before the throttle body. 2 screws hold it in and it can be seen if you look into the air intake hose coming from the air filter box.

Bring to Auto Zone and have them tell you the trouble code. Then we can answer that.

You've done 200k miles in a Pilot since 2003!! Do you ever sleep? What ever the maint done it failed to spot any defects. My guess there is a very weak mixture from a big air leak from hose/gasket/manifold etc.
