Heater fan does not work, Chrysler LHS 2000, Auto
check fuses with test light - walmart sells them cheap - also check with local repair shop - they will look for u for cheap --
also - take down the vin number and call the local dealer - ask about recalls - u never know what is there and some recalls are for life -
Right front inner tire rods
find where the tierod end connects to the wheel spindle and remove the cotter pin then remove the bolt holding it to the spindle then loosen the jamnut on the back end of the tie rod end and twist off
It overheats but dont read as though it is running
bad intake or head gasket could also be a cracked head the reason it smokes when hot is because the coolant system is pressurized and pushes coolant through the bad gasket or crack into the cylinder and out the exhaust turning to steam
Steering Wheel Locked Up
Do you have the wheels turned all the way in one direction? If so turn them more in the same direction and try turning the key.

From what you have told us it sounds like it is leaking INTO the motor which would mean either a bad head gasket or a crack in your engine block.
Take a look at your vehicle's exhaust pipe while it is running....does it look smokey or sweaty looking?
Power steering pump
your serpentine drive belt could be slipping over your power steering pump. Sounds like a premature failure from your pump. This is not an easy fix depending on the location of the pump itself. Remove your serpentine belt, locate the pump and pulley. Try to spin the pulley by hand. If there is alot of tension, your pump may need replacing. You have to remove a tire on the front, I cant remember which one but thats how its done
