Mirror fell off and has a spring inside. How do I

You will probably have to replace the mirror as the retainer that holds it on is most likely snapped off and will not just snap back together.

Blinkers and hazards dont blink

The flasher unit is worth a look at here. it controls both the 4 way and indicator circuits . The Hazard and the side indicators are two seperate circuits and two seperate fuses. The flasher unit (usually in fuse box) or within the kick panel will have specific markings on it and usually the largest relay type componant within the fusebox, The markings will read something like "12V 42/98W "or similar. Not an expensive repair . In an extreme case the plug on the Hazard Switch in the dashboard may have become detached , usually as a result from Radio removal or such like. Good Luck

Dies when driving doesent want to restart

Fix the fuel pump.
It's kind of difficult because in most newer cars, the fuel pump is IN the gas tank!
This means of course that you have to drain the fuel, drop the tank and have the right tool to remove the lock ring that holds it in.
I'd like to meet the idiot who came up with the idea of putting it in the gas tank in the first place.

Key in ignition will not turn

Attempt to move the steering wheel left and right while turning the key. Pressure from the wheel can prevent the ignition from turning.
A manual release is also present at the base of the shifter. See owners manual

Anti freeze/coolant leasking from the front lower

It sounds from what i can make out that it's leaking from your water pump and will need to be replaced if you mean the engine of the engine where the serpentine belt is. Before you go replacing the water pump, inspect the hose clamps first to ensure that you cover all bases. Good luck and keep me posted, and don't add any radiator stop leak. They just clog up the coolant jackets and restrict the flow of coolant.

Replace low beam on 2000 LHS

The headlight housing must be removed to access the bulbs on the back of the housing. HOWEVER!!! you must take loose the bumper on the side you are replacing. To do this you also have to take loose the inner finder and turn you wheel sharply in the opposite direction of the bulb to be replaced. There is a 10mm nut you will have to remove inside as well as multiple plastic fasteners along the inner finder and across the front under the hood. Bulb just twist out to remove once the housing is removed. Also, resist the urge to use a very large hammer. Use caution when pulling the plastic bumper out where the 10mm nut was removed, the stud can easily scratch the paint while working the housing out of its socket.
