Hi ok my brake lights
you may find that you have a short circuit somewhere in the brake lights, check the brakelight switch & all the wiring in the trunk around all the rear lights, there has to be a bare wire touching something to keep blowing the fuse........hope this helps......cheers.
Need to know where the
Most likely on the left hand side of the motor near the transmmission. Find the big red wire and follow it. It will end up at the starter.

Have you checked for power at the sockets? How about power out of the
turn signal switch? Is the third brake light also not working? If that
bulb is good and there is no power at the socket than you have a bad
break light switch. Check for power in and out of the switch with the
brake pedal depressed. You can also unplug the brake light switch and
jump it to confirm the lights work.

How do u fix the
you go into trunk and up by the trunk light, you will see a row of plastic push ins, holding the lining up. just pull 3 or 4 of these out, and you can reach up in and twist the two upeer brake light sockets out to replace the bulbs. just did mine, both bulbs were burned out.

Yep, did the old belt break? If yes, you may have a bent valve. Run a compression test on the engine to verify. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.
A very strong gas oder on the inside of the car
check under hood real good , if not seeing a leak in the line somewhere. may have someone look under your car on top of fuel tank, there is 4 line under there, good luck.
But you are sure it's fuel not fumes from catalic converter?
Everytime i turn my steering wheel it sounds like
Power steering pumps begin to make a loud whirring noise when you turn the wheel. As long as you have fluid and the power steering is working there is no damage occurring. But either gets worse it is time to change the power steering pump.
As for the belt if it is serpentine style. (Long and makes many turns) then the belt is fine. If it is the V-belt style (old style) only on 2-3 pulleys max then just make sure it feels snug.
After replace the timing belt,
Check you plug wires . Swap them around. I think it was a chrysler that I did that the book was wrong. The whole bank is dead. the wires where not on the right plug/ coil slot.
Will turn over will not
Make sure the battery is connected good, check for a loose connection. If you turn it and get nothing, check the ignition fuse. If you still get nothing, it is probably your starter.
