The heater in my 2000 Chrysler Concord will only blow air from the defrost.

Look for a vacuum hose problem. Look on the intake manifold on the engine for a cracked or loose hose.

I have a 2000 chrysler concorde and my cruise does not work. the light does not even turn on in the cluster and the horn also does not work.

I would look in the fuse box or power distribution center for a blown fuse.

My heater does not get hot even with the blower on

There is usually one of two issues that will cause this condition. The first would be a clogged heater core. To test for this, with the car off and the engine cool, open the hood and identify the heater hoses. They will be smaller diameter rubber hoses usually 5/8 to 3/4 inch in diameter. There will be two hoses, one leading to the firewall and one returning from it. Trace these back toward the firewall to see how close to the firewall you can monitor (feel) them. Once you have this determined, start the engine and let the vehicle warm up. Carefully avoiding moving parts, feel the hoses leading to and from the firewall. Both hoses should be very warm. If one is hot and the other not, you have a clogged core and must have it serviced or replaced. If both hoses are very warm, then the problem you have is in the blend box under the dashboard. These are vacuum-controlled and can get leaks or can gum and and get sticky over time. If the blend door will not position internally to route air thru the heater core, you will get no heat in the cabin. You must them check for proper vacuum to the blend box, as well as verify that the heater controls are proper working. This is not as easy as it may sound, but a little investigating usually turns up results.

I have a 2000 Chrysler Concorde, and the battery light keeps going off an on. I've already bought a new battery and Crankshaft Position Sensor. It's been starting hard and the battery just died in it.

Did you have the alternator checked? When the battery light comes on, it indicates either the battery is very bad and is draining power from the system, or the alternator is not providing enough voltage to keep the battery charged. Once you have the electrical problem taken care of, and the system is getting proper voltage, you can see if you continue to have problems with the engine performance. (The crankshaft position sensor has nothing to do with battery charging)

2000 Chrysler Concorde ran perfect, parked for 3-4 months now it idles rough almost stalling runs better as rpms go up, runs best at 70-80 mph but still has a miss

Your code it for a low battery voltage, your miss I would think might be a gummed up injector. Todays fuel does not store for long before it starts to varnish up. I suggest running some good fuel additive like B&G 44K with a tank of premium octane fuel and see if she clears out.

Someone attempted to steal my car. the key still fit in the ignition and will turn but the car will not start. How can I get my car to start?

Your car has an ignition switch with is programmed to only start once with a valet key. The system has either recognized the thief's mechanism (key or whatever) as an implement like a valet key. Check your owner's manual for a do-it-yourself reset of the system. If you don't see one there, a dealership service department may have to reset it.
