replace air filter, clean fuel injectors, and replace fuel filter see what happens.replace spark plugs and wires.

look for a illum fuse not dimmer. im sure it is a blown fuse or the switch is broken. the dimmer can go.

on most cars it is one of two places. first is directly under the steering wheel or where ever your fuse box is located. second is under the hood near the main fuse box

there is a switch to control the running lights on top of the steering column. if left on it will keep the running lights on even with the key out and the car locked

EGR 3 circuit signal is low. Check the connector pin for corrosion or damaged wire.
