Windshield wipers
Would need to scan vehicle to insure the wiper speeds are controlled by the General Module or a wiper intermittent relay....if relay...would locate and replace...if general module.....a reprogram or software update could be in order...possibly replacement.

When i start my jeep liberty 2002 the key light is on and my car is open
ok, must not be ASE rated mechanics???? sure.
please post the symptoms , I can not understand your post.
my guess is you mean the dash warning light with a kEY icon
is glowing, well that is the Immobilizer.
the operators guide covers all lights,. lost that?
using both keys as sold with car new??? lost the spare?
here is a DIY list, (my wild assumption)
- Read the operators guide first (glove box)?
- check all fuses for good (test them)
- scan the PCM see if there are IMMO errors SKIM/SKIS etc.
- the scan tool can show many errors, like wrong key, or comm errors or the skim module is dead or , gee the whole list of possible errors there covered in the fsm.
- reset the battery , pull neg lug wait 15m, and put back. but may brick the radio, (it asking for codes) (or NAV if you have that)
- that is about it DIY.
no scan tool?, no joy,,,, DIY.

Code P0155 in a 2002 jeep liberty what it is?
this is covered in the FSM book by jeep.
per engine. non stated, so.....?????
p0 are federal codes. (a standard)
and is oxygen sensor reads wrong.
B2 S1 is bad.
S1 is the front sensor.
bank 2 is the engine bank that has #1 cylinder.
the heater in side is blown out.
or the wires to it are bad..melted, cut, or connector to it rusty.
the ECU only knows, the heater fails to conduct current.
it sees the heater dead.
replace it or fix the wires to it.
same on all cars this. only bank varies.
next time post engine size. the line up.
some inline engines run 2 banks too, like calif cars do. not just V engines.
the left front cylinder is #1 on v6 Bank 1 IS LEFT
http://www.fixya.com/cars/t3949859-firing_order_diagram_02_jeep_liberty
seen here.
if this is your V6 engine, the 02 (b2) is on right , front (means upstream) bad.
does this help, the inline on calif engine, inline it is rear top sensor. B2S1, on split exhaust manifolds. for calif.

Why would my Jeep run/idle rough, ****, sputter while in park & when put in drive it would die several times & now won't start?
its misfiring ever do a tuneup this decade?
if it flooding it will misfire, and will stall.
and will be hard to start. if at all, until all that fuel evaporates.
the operators guide covers this, flooding
cranking + WOT,
crank with throttle wide open throttle clears most flooding.
many cars do get worse parked a long time. that is what they do.
seen spark wires go bad, and TPS go bad (really just worse)
the spark wires old love to suck up water, and then short.
which engine?
Do the tuneup then use a scan tool cranking, to see if you have DTC errors.
make sure its dont flood.
do if the spark tips are soaking in raw fuel that is flooding and the test. (for 100 years, now)

Bled fuel lines, motor stalling, missing, runs well under load
Why would you bleed a fuel line? The electric pump, if it is giving good pressure, will deliver plenty of fuel. Any codes? What codes?
At this juncture, it could be nearly anything, including a low pressure delivery from the pump. Tell us more so we can help you better!

Looking to adjust the idle on the jeep liberty
wow no year stated, not that is a challenge.
there is no such thing, the PCM is hard coded for all idle speeds.
hard coded !@ (page 1 in FSM , under topic IDLE)
and by LAW. (usa answers, here on usa forum)
why not post the reason.?
(running a wench? )
idle is wrong, not spec. (800 is typical or faster on A/c On)
in fact the PCM works overtime holding idle at spec.
shift that A/t to DRIVE, see the idle hold to spec and not drop.
bingo. a working IAC/ISC idle control system (its a servo loop system)
tell more, get more.
