All gauges on dash turn off including speedometer
Likely a bad ground. Carefully check the ground cable from the body to chassis (usually from the firewall to the engine or frame - might be a braided cable or solid wire). Check for a smaller ground wire off the negative battery post to the body (usually inner-fender) that is in addition to the heavy ground that goes to the engine. Check ground wires from the instrument panel to the chassis. If all these are good, then check for loose-fitting connectors behind the instrument cluster.

I have a 5 speed Jeep Wrangler. When decelerating
check the driveshaft end joints (check when not in tension) and check for excessive play in the differential yokes. Aside from up and down play make sure they do not turn excessively before wheels begin to turn. If you find no problems there then you may have a transfer case problem. End joints fail far more frequently than do transfer case internals or differentials (unless you run them low on lube) So it's a good idea to check them before worrying about large items.

2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 liter: Air conditioner
There is a drain tube on the lower part of the firewall that is probably plugged.Normally I use a pick to dislodge debris some use coat hangers but you must be careful not to poke at too hard and cause a freon leak in the evaporator core.

2006 Jeep Wrangler cigarette lighter not working
Check for un-isulated connection on the hot wire lead. It might have been after-market but on mine the connection would short out, blowing a fuse. 1 inch of heat shrink tube fixed the problem.

When was the last time you replaced the air and fuel filters?
If those are fine then try running a good fuel injector cleaner on every fill up on at minimum of 3 fill ups,I recommend sea foam, use it in the fuel and in the vaccum system, the can has good directions on how to use it.

There is no button for that...If the pump does not run check the relay in the power distribution center for power and ground, check the harness at the pump for power. If both are OK, likely the pump has gone bad.

How do you attach a towbar to a jeep
On those, you will need a pair of "tow tabs" that mount to the front frame. Same setup is commonly used to flat tow race cars. The bar will generally attach to the tabs with two pins with clips that keep them in place. Unless you are making the bar yourself, the tabs are sold with the bar. I have seen "rental" hook-ups that attach to the bumper but those are not very safe compared to a frame mount.

No tail lights, fog lights, rear turn signals,
Wht you are describing could be disconnect wiring plug, Examine the wiring going to the tail laight assy, it may be at the front engine compartment or in the foot well , if you had any work done lately ie Starter, Pedal box or Lighting switch area these may be worth revisiting ! It's not a fuse problem . Good luck

Fan speed control will not turn on or off
there is a resister box up and under the passengers floor board behind the glove box. if it burns out you wont get any speeds but i would check the motor itself sounds like bad motor. 3 screws hold the motor in place at same location and it will drop out. check for power going to motor if power is present the motor brushes are worn or stuck. the end cap will come off you have to bend tabs to pull end cap.
