Where is dust and pollen filter located 04 civic
The cabin air filters are located in a box that is part of the blower motor housing.
To access them, you will need to get behind the glove compartment. Open the glove box and you will see the stops/supports on each side of the door. They are held in by clips, so push from the outside inward and pop them loose. At this point, the glove box door will open fully and dump its contents on the floor.
Now, look behind the door, you will see the blower housing. On the front of the housing is a plastic cover. Remove the cover and you will see two tabs. Pull the left tab to remove the first filter and its carrier. Slide the tab on the right to the left and remove the second filter. Remove each old filter from its carrier and replace them with the new filters.
Reverse the process to put everythig back together. Clean up all that stuff on the floor. ;)

I need to cheat my car ignition interlock systems
Take an empty toilet paper tube. Wrap it around the mouthpiece tightly. By bending end of insertion. Wrap good tape I.e.. duck tape, packing tape. Around whole tube. Pull tube off and cover insertion end with tape. Cut small **** on tape so you can get an airtight fit on mouthpiece. Fill with 2-3 pieces of good tissue paper. Place on mouthpiece and blow. This has worked for me many times. Won't work if you have a really high b.a.c. though. Let me know
