My 2006 town and country dash lights just shut off

This going to sound really weird but....... I worked for many many years and i still try to keep up on things, that said, I learned through very reliable mechanics that where the wires crome through the drivers door, inside of that rubber tube there developes a break in the wires causing the aforementioned problem, I cannot guarantee this is your issue, but if it is it'll save you a lot of headaches and money diagnosing it. And btw if you develop a hard start issue I can tell you how to fix that one to, from personal experience on my 2008. Leaky injectors that are way less expensive at Chrysler than the aftermarket ones.

Changing transmission cooler please help!

theres also a condenser for the A/C system, they're probably integrated into the same cooler, so what probably happened is you disconnected the lines for that system and it de-pressurized. You'll have to get a can of coolant and recharge it once you get it all put back together. This can be purchased at any parts store with the filler tool

My gas light will not go off.

you could try tapping on the gas tank with a rubber mallet I have found sometimes this knocks a stuck sending unit back working again (rubber) mallet ! this is not fun to change, but is fairly inexpensive and a battery reboot might be in order as sometimes it can be the BCM making a fuss 2006 Chrysler Town Country Fuel Tank Sending Unit

Blower motor resistor... HVAC or not?

I am continuously amazed at how many people ask for help, but do not specify the year, make, model, and trim on cars! Do you all think those offering help are mind readers?

My 2006 chrysler town country doir ajar light stays on as well as interior lights when all doors are locked

Have you checked the pin switchs at the doors ? This function does run thru the BCM but is not a common failure so I cannot rule out a defective in the BCM

How to change freeze plug in a Chrysler town & country 2006 mini van

Freeze plugs are easy to install if you have room to work. Use a punch or screwdriver to knock in one side of the plug, then grab it with pliers and pull it out. clean the recess thoroughly where the plug sits. You can buy an expanding type plug with a rubber insert. Just set it in place and use a small wrench to tighten the plug. As screw is tightened, the rubber expands and seals the hole. Just ask at parts store for the freeze plug with rubber expander. Different sized freeze plugs, so make sure you get the right fit. Maybe take old one with you, but counter man may be able to look up the correct size by car and engine info.

2006 Town & Country I need to remove the whole map light assembly to retrieve the white switch button that, makes the light go on, went inside so I can try to fix it.

Pull the Clear lens, They pop off. There should be screws to remove to get the assembly out. Most likely you will have to replace the assembly. But take it apart and see. That's what I do, even computers. It's already broken, doesn't work. Am I going to break it more? You just may fix it.

After changing spark plugs and wires, there is a constant ticking noise

Easiest to do at night _ start the car and look around for a spark.. It may be difficult to see as it may only be a small spark...the darker the better.
