Isn't that code for high flow cat ? Here's something i downloaded for yall:to go with the spark plug fouler trick. You buy a set of spark plug foulers and drill one out with a 1/2" drill bit. I used a titanium drll bit and it ripped right through the fouler with ease. You need to drill it out pretty good so that way the o2 sensor fits into it. Use oil on the bit to keep it smooth and reduce heat and wear on the bit. It honestly took me 20mins to drill it out but it was a little hard. But it's totally worth it! You need to clamp the fouler in a vice to hold it tight while you drill it. After you drill the bottom of the fouler out you have a little more to do. The fouler has a small lip inside that blocks the o2 from fitting in so you need to use the drill to file it down. Once you get it so that the o2 fits into it just screw the o2 in, it screws right in perfectly. Next Take the other fouler you have and screw the one with the o2 into it this makes it a little longer. For this to work you need to use both of them, you can try to use one but I don't think it will work the CEL with come back on after a little while. With the ZZP Downpipe I have there was plenty of room for both anyway. Once you have them all screwed together just screw it back into the downpipe and plug the o2 sensor back in and you done! The check engine light will not come back on. The reason this works is by using the spark plug foulers they pull the o2 sensor out of the pipe. The one you don't drill out has a small hole in the bottom that only lets through a very small amount of fumes. By doing that it tricks the PCM into thinking the cat is filtering as it should. It creates a change from the 1st o2 to the 2nd one with the second one sensing less exhaust fumes just as it should according to OEM specs. This cost me $15.00 and a half hours time so if you have this problem go for it, it's worth every penny. Another method is buying a o2 simulator online from zzp.

2006 CHRYSLER VAN PUT KEY IN TO CRANK AND HORN BLOWS AND WILL NOT CRANK

This can be a tough one but in all probability the problem will be in your anti theft system. Try this, have someone boost the battery. The engine should turn over and the horn will sound. When it starts use your key fob to lock and unlock the doors. That should reset your alarm system. In all probability your battery needs replacing. Try that. Good luck.

Replace evaporator on instructions

The link below will take you to a site that sells a do-it-yourself manual that covers that vehicle. You might also check your local public library. Most libraries will let you photo copy the pages but not let you take the book home. Also, if you are the original owner, you might check and see with Chrysler and see if the issue is part of recall. http://www.haynes.com/products/?searchType=vehicleApplicationSearch2&searchEnd=yes&sfID1=&sfID2=&sfID3=&year=2006&make=Chrysler&model=Town+%26amp%3B+Country&x=15&y=8

Why2006 town & country shuts down when ac is turned on

T&C's seem to have really bad electrical systems. Could be either the voltage regulator or the alternator, most likely the alternator. Most battery shops will diagnose for free.

What are the signs i may have a bad radiator cap?

See if it's wet around the cap when it's warmed up, spring could be weak but probably the rubber seal is rotten.. try putting some heavy grease on the rubber and see if that stops it from leaking. Look at your radiator make sure it isn't full of bugs and dirt.. try squirting water thru the radiator with a garden hose [not too much pressure]

Why is my gascap light on?

The "gascap" warning tells you that there is a leak somewhere in the fuel tank, fill neck, or gas cap that is preventing vacuum from developing in the tank. If you are certain that your gas cap is good, the second most likely culprit is the fuel fill neck gasket was compromised during the accident, or that there was unnoticed damage to the gas tank which is not allowing a vacuum to develop inside the tank.

How to repair back window

If mean how to tint the rear window, The tint goes on the inside. I would remove the plastic rear door cover to start with because you will already be working over your head, after that thoroughly cleaning window with a vinegar based window cleaner, cut film at least 2 inches extra on each side (4 inches added to the widest and tallest measurement) spray water onto window with spray bottle, center film start in center with soft rubber squeegee pushing water and air bubbles out while leaving all 4 sides loose so more water can be sprayed onto window as you work your way out trim excess tint off with razor re-install door panel.

Turns over but wont start

Look for the basics, fuel, compression and spark,my first thought would be fuel. While someone is turning it over some one else crawl under and pound on gas tank a few times this may get the fuel pump running if it doesn't run,if you hear it run a few second when you first turn the key on that means it is capable of running but not necessarily pumping, check at the fuel rail if it has a gauge fitting to see if fuel is there, there will be a cap to take off if there is press with a small screw driver (like a tire valve) if gas squirts out then you have some kind of pressure.

Sluggish Acceleration

A high mileage vehicle usually suffers from any number of maintenance related deficiencies. I would address the Fuel filter maintenance first. It's the cheapest and easiest of the solutions. Lack of fuel pressure under higher demand due to acceleration will result in a sluggish engine. The engine would idle fine and even run fine at high speed but would be sluggish under acceleration. Other more complecated solutions would be worn Ignition coils, Worn spark plugs, Timing belt stretched or jumped timing and the most expensive would be loss of compression in the cyllinders.

2006 town and country passanger sliding door problem

I've leased two Town and Country vans over the past 4 years, and actually purchased the latest one after the lease. In both vans the sliding doors, normally the drivers side, reacted teh same way. If the door was closed it would open, stop a one point, and then return to the open position. At times I could get it close. But over time the doors stoped working all together.

It is not due to the switch or the motor. Most cases like this (in in both of mine) it is due to the repetitive use of that door, and the realitive inflexibility of the wire harness. Over time, and with more uses (in my case the driver side sliding door was used alot) the wire in the harness fails. Picture it as a willow branch. One snapped off of a tree it first is green and flexible, and bends pretty well into any form. But over time, with age and repetitive bending, it will break.

The only recourse is a new harness, as the wire/wires are broken somewhere in the harness (the belt chain in the lower track of the door). I was temped to take it apart and try to repair it myself, but as the parts were under warranty (I have the extended 85,000 mile), I opted to have the professionals handle it. The repair without the warranty is under $200 typically (parts and labor). Good luck.

Town and country from pipe on passenger side firewall

Hi Mr.Downs. Are you sure is only leaking when the vehicle gets warm? On checking the coolant level when the engine is cold and before starting is in a correct level? Is it possible to be any drain pipe either if you do have air conditioning and running the air con then water comes out from that pipe and might you do have any dirt by the vaporator and gets the orange color. Also do check for your power steering fluid,if there is any leakage from the steering rack if it is close to that pipe and confusing you ?
