My dashboard cracked into right by the speaker

Hi,

As the car is out of warranty, you are correct in assuming that they would not cove it, though this problem is very common on these models. You could try to speak to your dealer and see, what's the best he could do.It helps if you have a good service history with the dealer with one of your or another family members other vehicles.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

I have an oil pan

I assume you mean an oil pan LEAK. If so either the pan has a hole in it or the gasket is leaking. Either way the pan will have to be removed to repair the hole of replace the gasket. If it is the gasket that is leaking try tightening the oil pan bolts to 10 ft/lbs of torque.

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
I believe that he tripped the BCM (body control module). If the BCM is faulty, you can expect electrical failures on your vehicle for the electrical circuitry runs through the BCM. You may need to have it replaced to resolve the electrical issues.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

I just changed my oil and Now the car won't start.

Your battery needs to be around 12.6 volts to start. Try jumpstarting your vehicle, or purchase a cheap battery charger for around 20$, and let it charge for a couple hours.

Where's the starter in a cadilac crs 2006

On the smaller of the 2 engines it is located on the side of the engine and can be accessed underneath the car. The bigger engine V-8 is located under the intake manifold.

My 2006 CTS would not

Hi, the car seems too new to need a converter. Sometimes rich operation can cause the same trouble code (P0420 or P0430). Rich operation can also cause carbon buildup and can cause the converter to wear out prematurely. This is one way the 2 problems might be related. I recommend you have your fuel pressure checked at the rail and verify proper operation of the fuel pressure regulator. There is a schrader valve on the fuel rail (first remove the intake manifold cover to gain access to the fuel rail) to test the pressure. You can probably borrow a fuel pressure gage from autozone, if you want to do this your self. I don't have an exact spec for your car, but 65 psi is the usual high end for fuel pressure. If yours is higher, you may need a new regulator. You might also want to clean your MAF sensor with a spray electrical parts cleaner. To do this, remove the air filter and spray cleaner inside the air duct toward the engine. You can probably see the sensor then if you can see into the pipe. The MAF sensor is a primary input to the fuel mixture, so it can also cause a rich operation. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.
