Hi, I have a vw

The problem is the 1st gear synchronizer damaged. You need to replace it with new one. For this operation you need to remove the gearbox out from the car, then dismounting the gearbox, and replace the 1st gear synchronizer.

I have a 2003 Volkswagen

its hard to tell you were it is but from the sounds of it you have a parasitic load or corrosion some where in the electrical and what that is doing is creating a ground so that just enough electricity can flow so that it kills your battery but wont make the object that that circut runs become powered. Have you installed anything electrical in the car I.E. radio, fog lights, etc. most the time it is the added accesories that cause the problems, unless you are from somewhere norther and you have to deal with the snow and all the **** they put on the roads and that will creat your corrosion anywere after long enough. SO if you havnt installed any extras then all i can say is if you have a free day start going through connectors and looking for what we call green slime (corrosion) or build up inside the plugs and you can also look at just the wires themselves and make sure none are slipt or partially cut and making themselves a ground to completel that circut if you find something like that tape it up with electrical tape and see if that fixes your problem if you find a plug with corrosion clean it the best your can scrape it out of there so that the plug is making a good metal to metal contact and the sealing prob so the corrosion cant ground it out on the frame or something

I would recommend that you check the fuse panel, there are usually 2 fuses for the headlamps, one for the low, and high beams. If that is fine, then you may have to replace the bulbs, but the probability for both of them to go out simultaneously is slim to none.

I have a 2003 volkswagen

The temperature sensor or the gauge itself may be faulty causing it to jump around. As for the radio it could be the head unit itself or the cable to the antenna may be loose or disconnected.

Hi my vw glof mk4 gti juders and misfiers when

Basically this means that the the car's computer has detected that not all of the engine's cylinders are firing properly.

A P0300 diagnostic code indicates a random or multiple misfire. If the last digit is a number other than zero, it corresponds to the cylinder number that is misfiring. A P0302 code, for example, would tell you cylinder number two is misfiring. Unfortunately, a P0300 doesn't tell you specifically which cylinder(s) is/are mis-firing, nor why.

Symptoms may include:
* the engine may be harder to start
* the engine may stumble / stumble, and/or hesitate
* other symptoms may also be present

Causes: A misfiring code (P0300) may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* Faulty spark plugs or wires
* Faulty coil (pack)
* Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
* Faulty fuel injector(s)
* Burned exhaust valve
* Faulty catalytic converter(s)
* Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
* Faulty camshaft position sensor
* Defective computer

Possible Solutions:
* If there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
* If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.

Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open.

Keep us updated.
