Is the anti theft light flashing ?

It may be caused by a bad wheel bearing. To be sure, try to swap the 4 wheels and see if there would be changes in the noise location. If it does change, the noise may be from the tires that are not worn out evenly.

Check brake switch that must be depressed in order to shift gears.

the alternator isn't charging battery that would account for loss of power and also clicking when try to start , try a jump start if it starts then you know its the battery so with engine running check the alternator charge rate with a voltmeter across the battery terminals anything below 13 volts then check the alternator belt is tight enough , good condition etc , then recheck charge rate if still low fit new alternator

spray the plugs , leads and all other components wit a water dispersant (WD-40) blow off all water with compressed air

Sounds like a broken coil spring or some other suspension component.

High sulphur fuel and in need of an engine tune. Very common problem in Australia.

Connect you test meter to the high beam bulb contacts and cycle the switch, the voltage should go from Zero to12Vdc, then to Zero as you cycle the switch. If it does your bulb is bad, or not making proper contact with the base. If there is no voltage present, you will have to check the circuit and grounds for an open circuit, assuming all fuses/relays are good.

Have you checked your automatic transmission fluid level? The ATF should be reddish color and clear. This only addresses the AT check light. The stalling could be unrelated.

Broken spring or strut.

It sounds like the switch on your breaks is not actuating when you press the petal, prior to attempting to shift from park. Check under the dash, I believe it should be visible, and mechanical actuation. Hope this helps.

check fuel pressure regulator. also try unplugging the coolant temperture sensor

Was any major work done to it recently? If not find some who has experience and ask them to take another car and use 24 volts to start it once and it may start and be fine. When I rebuild engines I have to do this sometimes. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PERSON KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

Coil packs are located on top of spark plugs, one for each cylinder.

Could be the fuel pump. Any fuel leaks? If so, stop and see a qualified mechanic. Is the sound coming from the rear of the car? Open the gas cap and listen at the fuel intake. Is the sound louder? If so, the fuel pump may have a rotted line attached to the fuel pump in the tank. If he sound is coming from the dash or under the hood it could be a number of other issues.
