Why brake lights wont turn off?
What has happened is the switch on the brake peddle has moved. Reach under the dash and locate the switch and adjust it so the peddle is depressing the button.
Fuel pump relay diagram
The fuel pump relay is located inside the vehicle under the driver's side of the dash just to the left of the parking brake (above it)
How to check circuit 1998 nissan frontier fuel tank tempertur sensor
I assume you mean "P0180" not "p180", which is not a valid OBD Diagnostic Test Code.So you replaced the fuel pump module without even diagnosing this code??? WOW! That was an EXPENSIVE mistake! You pretty much answered your own question. The wires are located between the fuel pump module (Tank Fuel Temperature "TFT" sensor), the PCM and the ground point for the sensor.Connector pins "T" and "E" at the fuel pump module connector are the wires for the TFT sensor
When my truck is running all the information on the speedometer like speed mileage disapears and later comes back
do you mean your odometer that records the miles you drive? If so than there could be several issues that could cause this, it could be electrical were the wires go in to give your odometer power to stay on and record the mileage.
So I would check out your battery first and make sure all connections are good and grounded! then goto your transmission and look for the long little wire on it that sends the information from the transmission to record the miles you drive. Make sure it isnt broken, loose and check those wires! if its really dirty I suggest cleaning it gets some electrical spray from your autoparts store and open it and spray it clean and let it air dry for 10 minutes then apply some dialectical grease on it and reconnect.
I would also check the reset button on the dash were you can flip your odometer to read mileage A, or B or hold it to Reset! I would make sure thats not sticking or loose! if thats loose! then more likely your going have to open the dash to repair that!
If I had to take the long shot gusse its just a wire that delivers the main power to it to make it cut on and off! so I would go up under your dash( from inside your car and look up under were the odometer is and check those wires! Really check them they may look like they are in but it could be loose or one of them could be burnt! if one is burnt replace it immediately do not wait! and check your grounds! for a bad connection and burnt wire means FIRE!
Think of a Calculator and it has a battery inside of it and if you have a set of numbers but you walk away and it will auto shutoff but it keeps a memory of the last thing you punched in that calculator with the help of a battery! and the next time you click it on you will see your last numbers you punched in!
Well same goes for a cars odometer (digital) what happens is if you were to take the battery cable off your car then everything resets even your radio!
I really hope this helps reply back if you need more help!
