Brother John, you've removed as much as you can for access to the filler. Remove the hose clamps/bands that secure the fill tube and vent tube and then remove the screws around the gas cap that secure the fill tube to the body. With the gas cap off, go below and pull the hose and filler neck down and work the hoses lose with a pair of channel lock pliers and sticking a screwdriver between the metal tube and hose to break the seal. Put on the new filler neck and stick it back up in the body and put the screws back in. THEN put the hose clamps back up and tighten them, put the gas cap back on and your done.

I would use recommended filter pressure could be different and could possibly cause an issue not to mention filter media area coverage imo.

why would you want to adjust the rod from pedal to master? Not common at all...

remove wheel, brake caliper, etc., all items to gain access to hub assm...remove axle nut, hub mounting bolts, ABS harness, remove...

pedal stuck down? could be frozen cables

timing is computer controlled...if dist was removed, line engine up to #1 firing position, and install dist with rotor pointing towards #1

If vehicle has been submerged, PCM is likely dead. If vehicle has been struck by lightning, PCM could be locked up or dead. Assuming none of these has happened: Check power to PCM, not just fuses. You can check through the backside of the connectors ON the PCM. Check connectors on PCM. Check ground to PCM. Make sure you've had no rodent activity on vehicle wiring. Reset PCM by disconnecting battery (+) lead, waiting 15 seconds, then grounding battery (+) to battery (-) lead. Reconnect battery (+) lead to battery. All user memory sets such as radio and seat settings will be lost. With no output from PCM, after resetting, the highest probability is dead PCM. It's rare, but it happens.

When ever that light comes on and blinks there is a fault. Take it in to get serviced.
