Why worry about buying a special tool when the job can be done with a G clamp. After removing the caliper from the rotor remove the outer brake pad and leave the inner pad where it is against the piston. Now with the G clamp place the end of the clamp on the back of the caliper and the adjustable part onto the brake pad slowly wind the clamp dawn against the brake pad which will in turn push the caliper piston all the way back into the caliper. Then remove the brake pad and replace with new ones. Replace the caliper onto the rotor and tighten. Then pump the brake pedal with the engine OFF.

I believe it is a problem with the transmission. Has been serviced? it may have some damage, unsure of the cause.

This should have been checked before the mechanic gave you the car back.the lack of travel indicates they put the linkage in the wrong place where it engages to the motor.take it back and have them correct this.You can do nothing unless you are handy and want to take apart yourself and play with it. good luck

I'm assuming this is not a diesel... White smoke would be very unusual, it would usually be steam rather than smoke. If I'm right, then it will be dissipating very quickly unless it's in freezing temperatures? To get white smoke AND the smell of petrol best guess is that it's a cracked cylinder head or head gasket allowing coolant into the cylinder, the leak is so bad that the cylinder is unable to fire so the raw fuel from that cylinder is being pushed out the exhaust, along with the water (steam). An accompanying symptom would be running rough/chugging, most noticeable at lower revs. If you drive the car like this then you'll quickly damage the catalytic converters in your exhaust so don't!

Check the battery while the car is running. If the voltage isn't 14.3 or close the alternator is bad or going bad and not charging. Replace as needed.

Replacement door handles are found at a Dealer, and Salvage yard. Some auto parts stores stock a universal car/truck handle on their "Help Wall"...Your interior door panel usually needs to be removed to switch out the handle. Most are held in place with 10mm head bolts...(2) What kind of car?
