castor/camber adjustment is by rotation the mounting bolts at the top of the inner guard the top mount is eccentric and by undoing the nuts of the bolts and pulling the top mount down and rotating the mount so that the bolts are positioned in new holes , the camber/castor is altered Normally there is sufficient adjustment to meet the + requirement so if your measurement is from other than suspension replacement I would have it inspected by a front end specialist shop for a bent axle or bent axle support arm
