IF NOT TAKE A PARE OF PILLERS AND PULL ON THE CABLE. IF THE CABLE IS ATACHED THEN YOU HAVE TO TRY TO UNLOCK THE HOOD FROM UNDER THE VAN BY REACHING UP BEHIND THE RADATER AND FEEL IF THE CABLE AND TRY TO PULL THE CABLE RELACE. YOU MAY HAVE TO JACK UP THE VAN AND PUT IT ON JACK STANDS.
