If it smells of antifreeze it's your heater core ... Most times entire dash will need to be removed... Or your a/c condenser drain is clogged or missing rubber hose on drain ... Have a mechanic blow air into drain to see if it's clogged if so this will most times unclog drain

your battery cables and battery posts need to be cleaned. or the pattery cables need to be replaced

You should also clean the throttle body too, the MAF are very sensitive check all connections again any small air leak like a small folded hose underneath, also if you disconnected the pigtail always be sure to disconnect the neg terminal on the battery anytime unplugging electrical components.

if there is a code in the PCM it should be a computer code but it is possible the PCM is bad and needs replacing.

dont know if your changing front or rear but i suggest buying the struts as an assembly. this way you get everything new. rock auto just got a new listing for these. you dont need any special tools to install them. i drive an 03 r/t myself.

if you cannot get a hose down the filler tube to use as a siphon(anti theft fitted) and there is no drain plug in the tank then a suggestion I can make is to remove the fuel hose from the outlet side of the pump and connect a long hose from there to your fuel tank and turn the fuel pump on. It may take a while but it will work

how do you know compressor is good. ? as you say it blows hot air.

a temporary solution, will keep out the weather, until you can get the window fixed. take inside door panel off, remove electric window motor, being carful to not let window drop, pull window all the way up, securing with tape(duct,packing, etc....), reinstall motor. there is not a lot of room as you will be reaching through the holes in the inner door skin. be careful & have a lot of patients.

The cam sensor is usually located at the front, on the end of a cam shaft. You may also want to change the crank position sensor. BUT.......check the timing belt first, make sure it is still intact. I'm not sure if they still used the Mitsubishi engine in 03, but check your cap too. The distributor cap also (I think...) has a pick up and a silver disc under the cap. The Mitsubishi engine, they went bad frequently.

Hi Georgiaboy, glad to help! The fuel filter on that year model is inside the tank mounted on the end of the fuel pump. If your wanting to change it because of the miles on the car, I suggest putting a fuel cleaner in the tank. However, if you are having problems with the fuel system then you'll need to check the fuel pressure to see if it is within specfications. For your vehicle the specs should be around 50 PSI. You need to give more info .Like the dash lights don't even come on or the started is turning over but it just wont start . There are so many variable's in a vehicle not starting . There is no way anyone can help you without knowing those things. You may not be getting fuel or you may not have spark your battery could be dead I mean the list goes on and on.
