there are 2 fuses only for the abs on the trk. 60 amp #2 maxi fuse and fuse #3 10 amp fuse for the ebcm. there isnt any relays for the abs.

The ecm has the driver for that cylinder,make sure the connection is good,if it is,replace the ecm

You need to check fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge. The regulator is a good guess but the fuel pump can also be letting fuel pressure drop. Once fuel pressure drops on a hot engine the fuel in the fuel rail will boil and essentially be a vapor lock condition. Fuel pressure should be around 56 psi and hold steady for at least 45 minute to an hour. If it drops within a couple of minutes to check valve in the pump is probably bad and the fuel pump module will need to be replaced.

The other thing, when you replaced the fuel pressure regulotar is is possible that you did not get all the old pieces from the old regulator out of the fuel rail. It is common for the screen and o-ring from the old regulator to stay in the fuel rail and they need to be removed carefully with a small pick.

there may be a chance you have upset the timing, if you upset the timing by any small amount it wont ignite the fuel in the chambers leaving the car to die (stop)it takes a small amount of time for the combustion to take place and therefore its not an instant spark. try re calibrating the timing and see if it works

It is inside the fuel tank, it is actually easier to remove the bed than to drop the tank to change it.

The wire goes through the gear shifter and comes out the bottom under the rubber flex on the column, the wire tends to break there( orange covered wire} . You can try to fix it or replace shifter arm, there is a disconnect on the left side of column you will need to remove plastic cover upper and lower pieces they pry apart. Trace orange wire back to disconnect.

While you had the dash apart, you should have checked the blend door.The defrost mode is the default position if anything goes wrong with the system. The blend door could be stuck, or the motor may have failed. Could also be a problem with the control on the dash.

There is a removal tool to release plastic locking tabs at back near fire wall, I had the same problem with my 01 silverado I used a 4" piece of hacksaw blade held with vice grips and cut aluminum cover and pried it apart to release, be careful not to cut heater core tube.

Could be the switch or the motor.
