The spark wires may have gotten wet, you will need to remove one at a time and make sure no water or moisture is present, may use a hair dryer to dry the moisture up. I think this may be the problem.

My car went through a puddle of water. It turned

The water kicked off the wire to your starter solenoid. Take a look for a SINGLE terminal wire hanging somewhere in the vicinity of your starter and re-connect it to your starter solenoid. The wire is usually black with a plastic shield over the terminal connector itself.

With snow car does not have any power, we turn tcs off no help

Don't turn off traction control - it helps the car maintain traction.
A 350Z isn't a car that should be driven in the snow.
If you are rolling down a hill you have other issues.
Does it roll back if it's on dry pavement?

And remember snow makes tires slip.

Need to locate reset button to turn off alarm

There is not a reset button on a Nissan product. If the security light is on solid when spinning the engine over then the security system is in "LOCK MODE" no matter if you use the correct key. If the alarm does not recognize the transponder (key) and it is tried then you will have to register all the keys to that vehicle. You will need to use the Nissan diagnostic tool Consult II or Consult III. You will need the 5 digits off of the BCM and the Nissan ASIST electronic service manual with the decoder feature. That will give the 4 digit code needed for the Consult II or Consult III to allow you to register the keys.

Or you could take it to a Nissan dealer.

Car will idle but there is no response when

This car uses "drive by wire" technology and uses a sensor to measure gas pedal movement. This sensor the transmits the info to the engine. So there is no mechanical throttle cable. You might have a bad accelator pedal sensor or it could have a loose wire. Take a look under the dash at the pedal and see if you can locate the sensor and verify it is still connected.
