the oil leak could be a bad valve cover gasket needing replacement, a head gasket leaking oil, a leaking intake gasket and oil running down along the engine block and dripping. it could be an oil pressure switch that is leaking. it is near the starter while driving or engine running can spray oil onto the starter. unless the oil leak is very bad and has been leaking a long time onto the starter will not cause it to act like a dead battery even then not likely. have a starter draw test down to check condition of the starter.

it means it is getting to much fuel

it maybe the synchroniser which is under the throttle body (and houses the cam sensor)and makes the same noise. use a rubber hose to pimpoint the location of the noise

When you do some vehicle testing, you will have your answer May find the problem just looking & smelling, if you have a leak,shouldn't have one though

The smell is coming from the catalytic convertor. You have emissions problems. Try and have the codes brought up on the vehicle, that will narrow down the possibilities. Your Oxygen sensor could also be at fault. There is a product that will take the smell away, but it only masks the real problem.

for the starter and flywheel 1400 sounds right they would have to take the tranny out to get to the fly wheel but why do they need to replace the fly wheel did your old starter do a lot of grinding its not to often you have to replace a flywheel unless the starter wrecked it somehow again not to often starters are ment to break before it wrecks the flywheel the flywheel made of harder metel i would get a second opinion on replacing the flywheel

there could be an open in the distributor cap not allowing the spark to cyl #4.

Have you checked your parking brake being on and fluid level?

Most likely a loose hose clamp or loose bolts/ bad gasket at the thermostat housing. Is the petcock closed at the bottom of the radiator?

If could be a loose ground or the fuel level arm in the tank has a loose connection or is going bad.

Possibly a low Freon level

P1506 Idle Air Control Over Speed Error. Vacuum leak or throttle sticking: Are the vacuum controlled heater functions working properly? Try plugging off the Evap Emissions hoses, large and small. Use a tire gauge to measure idle fuel pressure, both with modulator valve normal and vacuum hose off. Should be 30 and 40 psi.Measure vacuum with a gauge. I would expect near 20 inches at normal idle.I'd replace the PCV valve, and carefully inspect the hose and connections.

Check for vacuum leaks. Common problem is the line that comes from the engine into the cabin of the car. It gets hard and brittle and cracks, then no vacuum to power the vent actuator pods.

unplug maf and drive the vehicle, if it is better, then replace the maf sensor assy

The o2 sensor controls your fuel/air fuel mixture.
