run the fault codes and rectify any fault/s found . The fuel trim is set on manufacture and the CPU program adjusts the ECM settings to it. However if there is a constant change from a sensor not performing properly then the trim will be reset by the CPU as the norm. Have it read using a laptop with the appropriate program installed to readjust it or find what is happening during the engine running. Speed shops will have this set up in place as it is not a job for armatures.

First be sure that one of your hoses to the cylinders aren't broken or disconnected, then follow the hoses usually they are right behind the rear seat or under it and possibly in the trunk your owners manual should say more about it if you don't have one your Ford dealer will have a service manual or you can go to your local library and copy pages from the repair manuls they have! remove the mass air flow connector from the sensor located in the air intake just before the throttle body. if the engine runs better change the sensor. this happened to my car and there were no fault codes. i changed the sensor and all is well

Most likely this is an ignition problem. Try replacing the spark plugs first as they are the cheapest component. Use a good plug like NGK. If that does not solve the issue replace the spark plug wires. That is the next likely component.

Go to advance look at tire pressure gauges up by check out one shold be round like a tack have a chrome stim sticking out bottom an the round part look like a tire on outside buy it. now pop hood follow fuel line to injector rail you should see a steem like on a tire try to use gauge on it with ingniton on not running if it don't work you can unscrew the inside of tire presser gauge valve on the inlet an the same on the fuel rail an put a 3/8's hose with clamps between the too fuel rail check valve an tire gauge, now u can check pressure with car running or just with key on. If you have any probs let me know an I will come up with somthn else I have done this many times it works an it's cheaper than buying a true fuel pressure gauge

Check your fill hose for holes or where the hose and tank connect. If not there. Might have to drop tank and check all lines and fuel pump gasket.

You are meaning the fuel pump? Recheck your fuel lines and be sure to also check your wiring harness connection going to the top of the tank? You can pull the relay for the fuel pump and use a test light in one of the sockets when turning the key to on should light up for ten to fifteen seconds then go off each time cycled on!
