Heat
replace the blower motor controller. ford part # 19e624.call your local ford parts store to get it. I am a ford technition and this is a common problem but the new part has been revised so it will last a lot longer. 9 times out of 10 this fixes the problem and a new EATC is not needed.
Fuel pump not activating
Bobby,
Sorry you got the task of replacing a heater core. But never the less there is a fuel cut out /roll over switch located in the passenger kick panel and the harness runs up thru the dash. Two things could have happened.
1-the fuel cut out triped. Reset by pulling the passenger side kick panel and reset by pushing the red or yellow reset button. This should cure the problem.
2-the harness to the cutout switch was disconnected while working under the dash or pinched while the installing the blower assy. you can take a DVOM and check the resistance at the switch harness while disconnected from the switch. If the meter reads less than .003 you have a short. If not while disconnected check the switch by depressing the button and check across the terminals. The meter should have an audiable mode and listen for a beep. This means the switch is good. If no noise replace the switch.
Good Luck.
Adjusting headlights on 2002 Crown vic
I noticed this is 6 months old so I don't know if you have figured it out yet but heres an answer for you. On the back of the headlights there are 3 plastic heads, they turn but spray some wd40 or something on them first. You might have to take the headlights assembly out to get a good bite on them.
Blower Motor on 2000 Saturn SL
The blower motor is connected to a termic switch, when the motor is fine and fuse is ok, is the switch that must be replaced.
Ensure the fuse is ok first.

Crankshaft dont move and the rocket arms broke on my 01 Ford crown vic
Broken rocker arms makes me suspect there has been piston/valve contact and that is usually a consequence of losing the valve timing due to timing chain/timing belt problems.
When that disaster happens it doesn't often lock up the crank so it is possible basic problem was a lack of oil supply causing the seizure of the crank, camshaft or both. Certainly dismantling and examination should be carried out with forensic precision...
