#7 cylinder misfire dtc p0307
Best place to start would be with spark plug and have a look at it. Wet with fuel would indicate no spark, carbon build up, bad wire or plug etc. If your familiar with testing at spark plug to confirm spark getting to plug, then do that first. If no spark to plug, coil pack would be next, or distributor parts such as cap, wires, rotor etc. If getting spark, then try cleaning and checking connections to injector. There are other more expensive things that may be causing it, but lets try the cheapest, most common and easiest first to narrow it down, and get back to me/us, if still having problem.
Why does the red light om my 2002 crown vic flash
Which red light? The one on top of the dash? If so, there are two cases where that light will flash rapidly: If you use the wrong programmed key, it will immediately start flashing rapidly when you turn on the ignition and try to start the car. If the light is steady and then starts flashing rapidly after a few seconds when you turn on the ignition or try to start the car, you are using the correct programmed key but the engine computer has a problem or has failed.
Show me the right fuse to replace my headlights and blinkers
When you turn on the headlights or hazard lights, and when you use the turn signals you should hear clicks from under the dash. All the exterior and interior lights are controlled by the Lighting Control Module which is typically under the dash to the right of the steering column. If you do not hear clicks when you try the headlights and signals, and the interior lights do not work then the module is not operating. Your operator's manual will tell you which fuses are for the module. If you don't have the manual, you can find blown fuses with a fuse tester, voltmeter or by checking with an auto parts store like O'Reilly or Autozone, who will give you the info for free and may even help you find the fuses. Inspect the fuses and replace any blown fuses. If the lights still do not work, there is most likely a problem with the module which will need to be replaced, or there is a short in the wiring to the module from the fuses. It's possible something fell into the module and is shorting it out. If any electrical work was done, the work may also have shorted the wiring. So the checking order would be: 1) Check the fuses, 2) check for wiring shorts and damage, 3) replace the Lighting Control Module. If you do replace the module, be certain to get the correct one for your car (the modules should look the same) and make sure the jumpers on the board are in the same positions as in your original module.
'99 Ford Crown Vic LX: #12 30A Maxi fuse blows seconds after starting or ignition turned on.
i had this problem with my 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo with the brake lights it kept popping fuses right after the ignition was turned on try putting a higher amp fuse in place of the old one that keeps blowing then check for shorts to the starter and check grounds and wires and also the transmission issue check the fluid and then if the fluid is fine change the transmission filter the filter may have not gotten replaced when the transmission was rebuilt and may be clogged or dirty

You should pull that plug out and check it's condition carefully. Also that spark plug wire may be broken internally. Try a new or different spark plug and spark plug wire first and see if that helps.
Where is the starter located
the starter is located under the car usually under the left side of the engine, next to/and touching the main drive gear.
