Hi. One of your lightbulbs is going to burn and is shorting. When It happens get out of the car and you will see that the one doing that doesn’t blink.
Put on a new a/c compressor the clutch will not engage
there are two switches that work the clutch
they are the high pressure switch which activates if there is excessive gas in the system causing excessive pressure, blockage in the system and high temp at the condenser from the fan not working
then there is the low pressure switch which activates when there is insufficient gas in the system from leaks
these switches control a relay which is connected to the ac clutch
If you did the ac replacement yourself
take it to an accredited ac specialist shop and have the gas pressures checked as that will point to where the problem is most likely to be
Why does it have no brakes?
Re-calibrate your brake calipers by lifting your caliper housing and using a c clamp to push the caliper back into the housing. DO NOT TAKE THE CAP OFF OF THE BRAKE FLUID RESIVOIR AS THIS COULD LET MORE AIR INTO THE LINES. After you have reset the calipers, try resetting your brakes as before; pump brake pedal until it gives good resistance. With your foot still depressing the brake pedal, start the vehicle. If it does it again, then you may need to re-check where you bled your lines for integrity.
Hope this helps.
Heater not working but blower is blowing
it could be several things. the thermostat, the mix door at the heater core, the actuator for the door, a broken vacuum line or cable to the door, a blown fuse. just happened or has been going on for a while.
Brake lights stay on when car is off
I'd have to check your brake switch. See if there is any adjustment for the brake switch? Your brake pedal arm should activate the brake switch.
You could try pulling up on the brake pedal to see if brake lite goes off?

I replaed the intake manifold on my 2002 crown vic
4.6L? Does it crank? Coil wires on? Are all the injector wires back in the right place? Did you check your fuses? Wires pinched? Ground wires back in place? Alternator plugged back in? Air box on and plugged in properly? Fuel rail on properly? Just retrace the steps you took last. It will be an "oh, yeah" moment, Paul
Doors wont lock or unlock, trunk wont open and remote wont do any good, fuses ok.
Will the switch on the door lock or unlock the doors, if so check the battery in your remote, it may be dead. Remove the key remote from your keychain and there is a slot in the end of the remote that will open it up so you can gain access to your battery. Pay close attention to the way the battery is installed before removing it. Replace the battery and try the door locks again. If they work, then you have solved the problem. If not, you have an electrical problem that you will have to trace down. From the information you have given, this is all I can tell you without seeing the car for myself.
I wish you luck, I hope this helps you find the problem.
