How to remove starter from 1998 ford crown victoria
There should only be two bolts holding it on all u have to do is disconnect the power wire then the ground wire and take the rwo bolts off and you should be fine.
If when u start the install of the new starter and the bolts are having a hard time lining up you can get a scissor jack to push it up in just the right spot. Also whenever your working with electricity disconnect the battery
Front left fender 1998 crown vic removal
First you will need a helper to remove the hood then locate all bolts mounting the fender to the cab of the car there are many of them! You will need to remove the lights and disconnect the wires to the turn lamps! Being cautious so you don't break any wires!

Flasher module
I would suggest installing a new flasher module.Not sure of the location.Should be near the fuse panel.
