what pin, name it. inside car, outside, engine ,transmission,brakes. suspension, where? we have not a clue as cars have up to 3000 parts....

Have it scanned for free at Big autoparts stores and that should point you in right direction of faulty component. If not, get back to us with scan results.

from your problem description the radiator cooling fan does not come on. dodge and chrysler minivans had a problem with the cooling fan relay being faulty. I recommend replacing it with a good quality aftermarket part, not one made in china if possible!

If nobody has helped you yet.....I have 2 things that are possible; 1st is the vacumn assist booster, while it sits in the engine side of the firewall your brake pedal is connected to it, it serves to 'amplify' your pedal pressure. A vacumm leak into the cab compartment may cause the hiss and the inconsistency in the way the brakes grab. The second may be a cruise control switch the earlier ones were controlled by vacumm but I do not know when they switched to electronic controls but this would have nothing to do with the break 'grab'. Your radiator fans are not turning on, either a bad switch, low coolant, or a bad fan motor.

it is mounted under the radiator towards the drivers side,it is flat and held to the frame with 2 small bolts and has a flat wire connector,it doesnt look like a normal relay,its black with a silver plate on the front of it,hope this helps

it`s located under the dash on the drivers side to the left of the steering colume. you should be able to see it just by looking under the dash.

Do they turn off if the car is off? If they don't, then check under the dash where the brake pedal is, the switch might be stuck on that's attached to the brake pedal arm. You'll have to do some digging to see the switch underneath

The way I've always removed a broken off bolt is with an "EZ-Out" broken screw/bolt extractor: http://www.houserepairtalk.com/attachments/f33/2979d1313072552-need-extractor-tool-help-ez-out.jpg You drill a hole a little way into the center of the broken off bolt stub (drill size to use is etched on extractor), screw in extractor so it gets a "bite", then wrench out the bolt stub.

Look in your manual find the relay pull it and take it to a parts store and check it.
