If this is the multi colour lighting system for inside the vehicle you will need to 'Hard Wire' it into your vehicle electrics. The Safest way to do this is to pay an expert to do it. Modern cars have a scary amount of wiring and sensors fitted so if you connect it to the wrong wire you can cause very serious issues. By serious I mean Expensive.

codes are OBDll and are available on line free. Every scan tool comes with booklet with codes in it. If the person scanning does not have booklet do not waste your time. A P0354 code means that the ignition coil or coils are not functioning properly and that there is an electrical problem with them. The ignition coils are responsible for properly igniting the air-fuel mixture in the engine's combustion chambers. Not sure what model a 'cc' is, but the most likely cause is that you need to reset the security after the battery disconnect. Google year make model reset security ..

There is no such relay. It is derived from the ECU. Check for a bad earth or damage to the loom feeding the light cluster.
