Why do Gauges Go on and off
You have a short in the wiring of either the instrument cluster or wires going to it. If it's the gauge lights you're talking about, most likely the short is in the instrument cluster. Hit the dash firmly but gently enough you don't cause damage, the lights should come back on. The only way to actually fix the problem is to remove the instrument cluster, locate the bad contact with an ohm meter and fix the connection or connections that are faulty.

How to remove the fan clutch on a 6.0 diesel
-
Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
-
Drain the cooling system.
-
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
-
Disconnect the radiator upper hose from the radiator. Position the radiator hose aside.
-
Disconnect the overflow hose from the radiator.
-
Disconnect the coolant degas bottle hose from the shroud.
- WARNING
The clutch assembly nut has a right-hand thread and must be rotated counterclockwise to remove it.
- Using the special tools, loosen the fan clutch.
-
Carefully rotate the fan and fan clutch assembly
counterclockwise until the assembly is free from the water pump. Place
the fan and fan clutch into the shroud opening.

If equipped, disconnect the retaining clips from the fan shroud.
-
Raise and support the vehicle.
-
Disconnect the lower radiator hose retaining clamp from the shroud.
-
If equipped, disconnect the underbody splash shield from the shroud.
-
Lower the vehicle.
- WARNING
Use extreme care when removing or installing the fan, fan clutch and shroud. Failure to do so will cause damage to the radiator.
-
Remove the mounting bolts, and the fan, fan clutch and shroud.
-
To
install, reverse the removal procedure. Install an appropriately sized
worm drive-type clamp in place of the constant tension clamp. Observe
the tightening torques shown in the accompanying illustrations.

Oil cooler replacment
Sorry, I dont understand the problem. Oil cooler replacement is not a major task and can be completed at home with minimal tools.

How do you boost an e450 cube van with diesel
well its best to use 2 sets of jumper cables when boosting any vehicle,you get more amps that way,hook them up normal-pos to pos--- neg to ground (chasis) and always hook up the vehicle you need to start first and do not have the key on in that vehicle because its hard on the computer because of the static charge so leave the key off untill the cables are hooked
