How do I remove door panel on 1988 crown victoria

Remove the two screws in the armrest hole then you need to get a special tool to place under the edge of the door panel to gently pry the panel away from the door sheet metal. You can use a flat tip screw driver if you are careful. Get the tool or flat tip screwdriver as close as possible to the retaining clip before you pry the retainer loose from the door.

I changed my gas lines now my car wont start

Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm. You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------
In that case, you need to check few things individually.
Check the spark, the battery, the crank, the fuel and other most possible parts. Click this link below for more details:-- http://howtobyme.blogspot.com/2011/10/car-troubleshooting-tips.html

We couldn't find any results for "need wiring

there is a site at "http://www.crownvic.net/" that is specific to owners like yourself, you do need to register with them before you can look at anything there, but it seems to be free!also, if the whole engine has been "unwired" then it may be cheaper in the long run for you to get a manual (I use Haynes myself <"http://www.haynes.com/products/productID/144" (for your car, about $25 USD) you can USUALLY get these at your local autoparts store>be patient and careful as you re-wire the car if you have to build your own harness, you may be able to get a good harness from a local junkyard. if not, then send a message to me and I will try to give you what advise and tips that I can if you need to build one from scratch. (I used to build harness' for the aero industry)

I have a 1988 crown victoria. First the car would

The battery is not the problem the starter solenoid that is mounted on the inside of the fender near the battery is causing this, the contacts get burnt from running a weak battery and burn closed. The red (+) battery cable goes to one side of the solenoid and the other side goes down to the starter. See picture below. I seen this dozens of times in my shop. The part is less than $20.00

Have you checked the starter solenoid.it will be mounted on fender near battery, will have a large wire coming from battery to terminal on one side and a large wire going to starter from terminal on the other side. Will alsp have a small wire coming from ignition switch , you should have 12 volts on both big terminals when the small terminal is supplied with 12 volts.Good luck!
