Where is the fuile filter located
the fuel filter on most ford cars and lt trucks is located inside the frame just under the drivers seat , it takes a special tool to unhook fuel line , and due to high pressure on fuel injection supply even with engine off (pump is inside tank) I don't suggest a non professional attempt to do this there self , it's purely a safety factor ,(if gas gets in your eyes you can be blind for life ) also gas is toxic if it gets inside you any way

Put a new coil pack on crancked it over wouldnt start now it wont crank at all batt. is good and so is starter and fuses
Do you have a flashing red light in the center of the top of the dash when trying to crank it ? Check starter relay in the in under hood fuse / relay box ! The PCM - powertrain control module controls it by supplying a ground to the control side ! Where the relay plugs into the fuse box are four sockets , two should have battery voltage , one should show continuity with ohm meter an one should show open or OL on ohm meter this is from the PCM . when you crank the vehicle over, if no problems with anti-theft system the PCM supply's a ground an the engine cranks over !

Battery light stays on after changing battery,alternater & plugin.
Is the system charging? You should have 14.2 14.6 volts at the battery. The charge light is controlled by the alternator internally. If the charging system is working, you could have a bad diode inside the alternator keeping the light on or a short/grounded circuit to the battery light

Where is the valet switch or button located at in a 2003 ford windstar?
A valet switch for what? This is a minivan not a luxury car or a sports car which are the only two types of vehicles what normally have that option. In most normal applications a valet switch is used for limiting the ability of the vehicle; in a sports car it limits how fast it can go; in a luxury car it turns off a lot of the items you won't find in daily drivers (navigation, music features, etc.)
Perhaps if you rephrase your question we'll be more informed for offering an answer for what you are trying to do.

Ford Windstar 2003 O/D wiring is cut at transmission. How do I find it?
You will have to remove the air filter assembly and duct from it to the engine...then look down on top of transmission and you should see a grey semi circle plug going straight down into it...that is the transmission main wiring harness...it sits right beside the black range switch (that is the switch that has the shifter cable on top of it)

All the powers locks will not work
bad power supply to the door locks. Probably a connection problem, or if you have a remote key, the receiver is not working or has been compromised.

Po301 number one plug on block 2003 ford windstar v6
the code means a misfire has been detected it could be a few things so check for (a) take out the plug/s and check the boots for cracks by flexing the boot back n forth and by squeezing it the littlest crack will leak voltage from + to the - and thus a misfire (b) a antifreeze leak that is running down into the cylinder will show a wet plug === instant misfire (c) to much dielectric grease on the plug wire boots will liquefy and run down the plug from a running hot motor====instant misfire (d) cracked insulator on the plug (porcelain white part)====instant misfire(e) plug wire insulation is burned or melted ==== instant misfire (f) coil towers has a hairline crack here's one /or the plug is broken on the inside you must use a magnifier glass to find them and this is best for all crack finding issues anything you suspect in the slightest crack is definitely the cause (g) dirty injectors will do it too so you see it's not as easy as you may think please post back with progress and all symptoms still present after work done I'm a 40 year taxi/regular mechanic and every thing will be done for you till we get there even at 3 a.m. we'll get to the cause stephen

Runs rough at idle when cold/check engine light comes on/scanner gives no code
Ok Run,s smooth when WArm ?Check thermostat change it or light comes on using to much fuel so replace the oil And Filter cause you have lot,s Of GAS in OIL so Replace it then Check to see if YA HAve Antifreeze in OIL see when ya Change it Ok See if ther is some If Not change thermostat ASAP ya can wreck the HEADS ON the VAN Over HEat them

2003 windstar stalls when driving, idles high in neutral, now 4 codes
ok so much done owell next is the mass air flow to be checked then the fuel regulator to check pressure and the fuel pump for pressure and then check the cat,s for back pressure wood be my next thing and Last is the how many Km,s does it Have ?sounds like filter needs lookin at in the tranny if she,s got High Km,s if not then check the intake for leaks it,s Plastic so don,t hurt gone this far Let me Know What Happens,s Thank,s
